玉璜呈扇面形，受红沁。两端琢对称双龙首，嘴部镂空且刻有齿纹，璜身饰凸起的谷纹，疏密有致、排列有序，上方中间有一穿孔，便于穿系。本器青黄玉质地，但经年累月，呈现红棕色，别具一番情趣。 玉璜是一种佩戴饰物，为中国古代“六器”之一，造型多为长弧形或半璧形，且多为双龙首、双鱼首，两面雕刻谷纹、涡纹等纹饰。
