此件银质，圆形，盒盖与盒底微微隆起，中部逐渐趋平，上下子母口相扣合。盒面正中錾刻展翅鸳鸯纹，周围环绕花卉纹。盒盖满錾鱼子纹为地，通体鎏金纹饰其间，交相辉映，形成繁复细密而又富丽堂皇的装饰效果。盒网底饰、工艺与盒盖对称一致。盒盖与盒底的侧沿笔直挺拔。整件造型小巧，纹饰布局规整、层次分明、富有立体感，整体制作精美，纹饰华丽，体现出成熟精湛的錾刻工艺，为唐代小件金银器中的佳作。 来源：香港私人收藏，20世纪90年代购入，保存至今
