提要：是碑为唐武周圣历三年（700）十一月立，碑在陕西三原三家店，由其兄于知微撰文。碑主时年七月卒，而当年五月已改元“久视”，而碑仍称旧历，此惟念旧时之意也。碑之所书无武氏之新字，而尽褚遂良之笔意，足见其书风已遍天下矣。此碑为初唐碑之佳品，然拓本特少，此精拓本尤可珍。首有前人墨笔题记。
