徐用仪（1826-1900），字吉甫，别字筱云，一作小云，室名水竹居，追谥忠愍，浙江海盐人。咸丰九年举人。充军机章京，累官总理各国事务衙门大臣、兵部尚书。中日甲午战争时，力主和局。义和团运动兴起时，与许景澄、袁昶等主张“民团不可深持，外衅不可深启”，忤慈禧等，被处死。编有《海盐县志》（与王彬合作）。女婿葛嗣。
