写于辛亥年前后，内容涉及与友人“谋一小吃局，顺道访九尾狐遣此佳日”“火腿色香味俱佳，竟是宣威金华不足道也”等内容，风逸绝妙。又提及陈次亮等晚清民国名流。王伯恭，原名锡鬯，后名仪郑，字伯恭，亦字伯弓，号蜷庐。江苏盱眙人。刘鹗亲家王星北之兄。光绪间随马相伯赴朝鲜，后官国子监学正、湖北宜昌府通判，入张之洞幕，又调署归州知州。辛亥后任陆军部秘书。
