此件龍紋靠背繡品以杏黃色緞為地，中央以金線繡以五爪金龍，周圍以各色繡線勾勒出祥雲、海浪等。此靠背色用明黃，做工考究，當時出自宮廷無疑。整個靠背繡工精巧，裝飾紋樣不拘一格，顯示出當時繡工的高超技藝。
