袁克权（1898-1941），字规庵，号百衲，是袁世凯朝鲜族二姨太李氏所生，为袁第五子。洪宪帝制时，袁世凯曾让他和长子袁克定、次子袁克文同穿太子服，将其视为候选接班人。他一生写了很多诗。诗宗李义山，厚稳深郁，自成风格。大学者吴闿生在他的诗集序言中写到:“规厂公子之诗，其雄于才者乎。方冠耳所积已盈卷帙?莹如珠函，辟如剑断。……如升嵩、衡，而睹众山之俯仰也。
