Description

钱延康（1913-1999）。江苏常熟人。叔父乃钱昌照。1933年苏州美术专科学校西画系毕业，为苏州美专的首届毕业生之一，曾得到颜文梁校长的悉心指导。1939年至1949年任励志社总社美术股干事、股长。1943年、1944年，连续两年在重庆举办个人画展。后历任武汉市艺术师范学院美术系教师，湖北艺术学院（后更名为湖北美术学院）油画教研室主任、副教授，中国美术家协会会员，上海市文史馆研究馆员，上海水彩画研究会顾问，上海粉画学会顾问。
