赖少其：斋号木石斋，广东省普宁市人，中国当代画坛领袖之一，有“艺坛圣哲”之称，在日本被称为“中国画伯”。他独创的“以白压黑”技法，使其成为新徽派版画的主要创始人。赖少其的全面修养和多才多艺在当代画坛是公认的，在诗文、版画、书法、篆刻甚至油画等方面皆极有成就。然而，今天看来，这些只不过是赖少其艺术道路上渐行渐远、渐登渐高的一个个台阶。而最能代表其成就的，无疑是他在中国画领域的非凡创造。
