18th centuryMolded in high relief below the rim with raised bosses and a leiwen band that repeats above the foot, raised string bands outlining the faceted walls and a pair of animal head and mock ring handles molded to the shoulder, the glaze covering all surfaces except the foot pad and showing a number of dark-stained craze lines (minor chips).6 1/4in (16cm) high
