此尊呈方形口，微外撇，直腹斜收，高圈足，内书“大清乾隆年制”矾红款，上下两端分别以瓜瓞纹为装饰，底部另绘有卷草，四壁以金彩为地，上绘花卉纹，并划白地开光，内绘戏曲人物故事和花蝶纹，男性着纱帽圆领，女性皆着长裙，是典型的明代衣饰。花蝶纹用彩艳丽，蝴蝶鸟雀或飞或立，绘画精美，这种描金彩器由于要用纯金配釉，故成本极高，仅有官窑器和少数定烧器有烧造，是清代瓷器中较罕见的品种，此物制作精细，极富欣赏价值和收藏价值。
