|此器由盖身两部分组成，扁形体，其中盖作椭圆形，红木质，鎏金双孔钮，器作椭圆形壮，溜肩，扁垂腹，椭圆形束腰圈足，由颈、腹、圈足束腰各设有一凸起的棱脊。颈、腹、圈足之前后两面均铸饰凸起的饕餮纹，其上以较粗的银丝勾嵌出饕餮纹的基本形状，肩部环饰带状纹，余地均錾嵌以细密的雷纹及回纹。觯是中国古代礼器中的一种，盛酒用器。流行于商朝晚期和西周早期。
