|清乾隆六十年（1795）纳书楹刻本||1函4册 线装 竹纸||提要：《中国古籍善本总目》无著录。扉页镌有“乾隆六十年乙卯春重镌，纳书楹藏版”，书末刻有“姑苏周品渔镌”一行。全书开版整饬、刊印精细。本书初成于清乾隆四十九年，因谱中有板无眼，叶堂于乾隆六十年又加重订，在乐谱中增入小眼，这在刊行的昆曲工尺谱中为首创，从而促进了西厢记的演唱与传播。
