|此尊木胎观音菩萨坐像，全跏趺坐，双手于脐前结禅定印，此样式是明代中原地区典型的、比较受欢迎的造型。髻高挽，头戴风帽，菩萨开脸丰硕圆润，曲眉似弯月，直鼻高挺，嘴角微翘，庄重宁静的神情中透出慈祥的笑容，彷佛似在冥想之中，又似在聆听众生。菩萨着双领下垂式通肩大衣，内着长裙，束于腰部，衣褶刻画简洁流畅，层迭关系清晰自然，衣纹处理大气而不失精致，空间与虚实关系处理得当，从雕塑角度来看，可算得上是一件不错的艺术品。
