|约1870年制，18K金表壳，后盖采用手工雕刻花纹；白色珐琅表盘，罗马数字，时分显示；铜鎏金机芯，署名江诗丹顿（Vacheron & Constantin），工字轮擒纵机构，钥匙上条、拨针。|附带表盒、钥匙。|江诗丹顿是世界最古老的表厂之一，1755年创立于瑞士日内瓦，历史上生产的怀表数量稀少、质量上乘。此表极为小巧，与当今的手表可以媲美，在当时则是高超工艺才能完成的作品。
