|刘凤起（1866-1933），字未林，未霖，号威远，晚号真庐老人、金楼峰属。江西南城人，晚清诗人、书画家。光绪二十八年（1902）举于乡，光绪二十九年癸卯二甲二十五名进士，散馆授翰林院编修。辛亥革命后曾任江西民政长。后又应李烈钧约赴广东参与护法军机。1922年后定居上海，不问时政，以鬻书画自给。自幼聪颖好学，7岁时即能为人书写春联，笔法遒劲有力。12岁以诗名称神童，有书法作品传世。
