款识：东园行书雅正 庚申春新安瑶笙程璋时在海上|钤印：瑶笙（朱） 程璋私印（白） |程璋（1869-1938），原名德璋，号瑶笙。原籍安徽新安，移居江苏泰兴，后寓上海。早年为学徒，后从杨润之习画。曾执教常州艺术学校，上海中国公学、苏州草桥中学及北京清华大学。程氏早年学习没骨花卉，中年后变法，吸收西洋画明暗透视法，将写生法与传统笔墨熔于一炉。所作颇为商人所好。出版有《程瑶笙画册》等。
