款识：克明先生雅正 壬申夏符铁年|钤印：符铁年（白） |符铸即符铁年（1886-1947），字铁年，号瓢厂，别署闲存居士，湖南衡阳人，晚居上海。翕子。铸初承家学，七岁写三尺余大字，泐于岳麓山壁，见者不知出于七岁幼童。花卉近徐渭、陈道复，书则融合褚、米，各擅其胜。古松怪石，苍润老劲，最为突出。偶写近体诗，充满画意。晚年病臂，挥毫不辍。子季立能刻印，媳朱尔贞工画。
