款识：丁亥四月 杭州张大壮写于海上|钤印：大壮（白） |张大壮（1903-1980）浙江杭州人。张大壮，原名颐，又名心源，字养初，号养卢，别署富春山人。章炳麟外甥。曾为中国美协会员、上海中国画院画师；晚年渐涉徐渭、陈淳、八大山人等人，笔墨老辣，纵放洒逸；喜绘蔬果、虾蟹之类，生动活脱，别具韵致；偶作山水，近王原祁，生涩清劲。工书法，能治印。与江寒汀、唐云、陆抑非合为现代四大花鸟画家。
