款识：辛酉四月以曹恪碑法作此 麓农曾熙|钤印：曾熙之印（白） 农髯（朱） 农髯六十后作（白） |曾熙，湖南衡阳人。光绪二十九年（一九０三）进士，尝主讲石鼓书院。一九一五年始于上海卖字，书法得夏承碑及张黑女神髓，与李瑞清齐名，并称「曾李」。年六十始作画。自谓作画师万物，山水、松石，在程嘉燧、戴本孝之间。能用篆隶笔意为之，不求形似，别有逸致。卒年七十（一作七十一）。
