|说明：此作品为铜质，形制小巧，可作纸镇或摆件之用，包浆古润自然。老子衣袍舒卷，坐于牛背之上，铜牛引颈向前，身躯肥壮，以写实的表现手法塑造，老子、牛二者恰到好处，构成一幅生动的老子出关景象。据司马迁《史记》记载：老子姓李，名耳，字聃，因而人称老聃，曾做过周王室管理藏书的史官，后来隐居不仕，骑青牛西出函谷关后“莫知其所终”。
