The globular body is decorated with figures in boats and at leisure beside trees in a mountainous river landscape. The reverse is entitled 'Chun Jiang tu', which may be translated as 'Spring scene on the river', and dated bingyin year which corresponds to 1986, and is signed Guiyin with one seal in underglaze copper read reading 'Wang'.
Catalogue notes: Wang Guiying (1931-2012) studied the art of porcelain painting under her father, the renowned porcelain painter Wang Yeting.
Condition: Overall good condition, apart from some firing specks.
