The blue and white jar is of ovoid shape with tapering body, depicts fishes, lotus flowers, and water plants within pond scenery, covered in crackle patterns, complete with cover and latches.|Yuan Dynasty period.||Height: 11 1/2 in (29.2 cm) Width: 8 1/2 in (21.6 cm)|元 青花海藻紋蓋罐|本件青花罐為洗口，溜肩，下收斂，造型穩重大氣。肩部裝飾雙獸耳，左右對稱，極具立體感。通身上下四層紋飾，繪魚藻紋飾，構圖繁而不亂，觀之賞心悅目。此罐的青花發色明快豔麗，濃重之處帶有黑色結晶斑點，淺淡之處暈散自然。胎體厚重，器底露胎，明顯留有製胎時的螺旋紋痕跡，並且有部分釉漿罩掛於胎上，流淌自然。通身內外施釉，釉色白中帶青，積釉處呈現鴨蛋青色澤，是典型的元代景德鎮瓷器釉色。
