This statue shows the solemn image of a Guru of Tibetan Buddhism. The Master wears a peach-shaped cap with facial feature calm, warm and smiling. He is wearing monk Kan and Kasaya on his right shoulder. The master’s left hand is holding the Sutra in front of his abdomen and right hand is holding a Dharma Seal. His legs were in a vajra position on top of padded seat. Based on the detailed feature of this statue, it is a close match to the Sixth Panchen Lama from Qianlong period. Moreover, its use of heavy material and sophisticated workmanship is unparalleled. H:4.3’’(11cm)
