May: " No 3 Fisherman, bird & Clam light coloring on paper canvas with 3rd Class Silk mounting. Work of the era of Tsing 150-200 years old. Painter name Hsing Hua Chun, fancy name Sun Chih; native place Chang She, Chiangsu Province; known for his finger painting. Listed Artist Reference D. No. 19. P. 11. Age related wrinkles to paper and light age related wear. Height of art 46 inches (117 cm.) X width 19 inches (48.5 cm.).Provenance: Private North American Collection purchased in post-WW2 Japan from a Collection formed in the early 20th Century.
