拍品以紫砂为胎，俗称汉方壶。壶流较长，以四分之三平贴壶身，钮为桥梁式，壶盖密压盖口。壶身转折棱角作弧线，沉稳优美又不失动感，呈现简约大方气概。通体炉钧釉繁密斑驳，釉色光泽涵蕴，富有变化，似梦如幻。炉钧釉是雍正年间创烧的一种高温窯变釉，两岸故宫及台湾成阳基金会均藏有相类炉钧釉汉方壶。
