|此尊观音的十一面分为五层，最底层三面为慈悲相，见善众生而生慈悲心，大慈与乐；第二层三面为嗔怒像，见恶众生而生悲心，大悲救苦；最上层的佛面表示佛果。主尊身着天衣绸裙，佩戴璎珞钏环，左肩斜披仁兽。主臂二手合掌于胸前，八臂各执法器，下承覆莲台。整像造型端庄，铸刻精细，鎏金厚重，堪称清代金铜造像中的佳制。
