霁红釉盘为清代官窑传统品种，拍品盘形周正，小巧秀雅，撇口弧腹，胎体细腻，釉面温润，盘壁内外均施霁红釉，釉色纯正沈 稳，成对保存，较为难得。 霁红釉烧造较难，故清龚轼在《景德镇陶歌》中记述：“官古窑成重霁红，最难全美费良工。霜天晴昼精心合，壹样抟烧百不 同。”全器造型规整，呈色鲜艳，且成对而出，更为难得。
