长：69cm 宽：29cm 高：79cm;千手观音，挽发高髻，头戴五叶宝冠，双目半眯，两颊丰满，正中双臂合十，其余众多手臂展于身侧，或手持法器，或施手印，跣足直立于莲花台上。此千手观音造像开脸饱满，线条柔美，面容端庄，衣理纹饰繁而不乱，层次分明。造像整体造工细致，雕刻工艺繁复，髹漆技艺精湛。为典型江浙地区造像风格。传世精品木胎造像大多与清末民初时期流失海外，加上战乱社会因素，流传至今木胎佛造像弥足珍贵。
