|这件琴炉圆口直腹，下承三足，线条过渡圆柔，通体施青釉，釉面肥厚，呈色清润，如若未成熟的青梅，殊为可爱，琴炉是专门在抚琴弹筝时燃香用的小型香炉，本为了便于计时，并在弹奏乐器时燃香助兴所用，故炉体多小巧玲珑，是当时较高档的文房用具，在宋代，由于经济发达，社会环境稳定，儒风尤盛，故而此类文房用具在士大夫阶层中颇为流行，制作较为精巧，以彰显儒雅之韵。
