|这件渣斗口部外撇，有金缮，直颈鼓腹，圈足，造型端庄稳重，通体施青釉，釉层较厚，釉面有不规则的冰裂纹，外观类似于哥釉器，此物主要用于盛放茶渣或残羹，属日用器。|渣斗是中国特有的瓷器造型，均为广口鼓腹，出现于西晋时期，唐宋最为流行，国家博物馆收藏有一套白釉茶具，其中就有渣斗，另辽陈国公主墓还出土有银质品，宋时龙泉、湖田窑均烧造，但数量较少，属高档的宴饮用瓷，元人笔记载“宋季大族设席，几案间必用筋瓶、渣斗”，直至明清时期仍有烧造。
