The blue Bhaisajyaguru seated in dhyana-asana on a disc of a moon, a lotus and a throne pedestal in the center of the painting. His hands showing the varada and the dhyana mudra and holding a steam of the Myrobalan and a cup with healing nectar. Wearing a long, three-part robe of a monk. He is surrounded by his six brothers: Top left Supari Kiritita Nama Sri Raja, top right Svaraghosa Raja, mid left Suvarna Bhadra Vimala, mid right Asokottama Shri, bottom left Dharmakirti Sagara Ghosa and bottom center Abhijna Raja. In addition, Lama Tsongkhapa seated at the top center as well as Buddha Shakyamuni at the bottom right. Backside with Tibetan blessing syllables "Om, Ah, Hum, Tam, Hrih". Signs of age.
