|观音头戴叶冠，冠有化佛一尊，髪缕垂肩而下，双目微眯，面带微笑，胸前饰璎珞，双足踏莲蓬坐于狮背，呈游戏坐姿，左手搭于左膝上，右腿自然下垂。观音身着天衣，身披飘带，随风摇曳。坐骑狮子趴伏于观音身下，转头抬望，憨态可掬。此造像历久虽有漫漶，依稀可见早年矿物颜料之彩饰，颜色艳丽，可窥一斑。
