The vase is cast with four sets of flanges separating a panel of taotie masks, kui dragons, and archaistic designs on a leiwen ground. The flaring neck is decorated with a band of stiff leaves.Condition: There is two thin bands of old repair to the middle section.A very thin loss to the foot (approx. 1.2 cm. long).There is a thin layer of residue to the rim interior and the underside.Origin: ChinaPeriod: Late Ming dynasty, 17th centurySizes: 33.30 cm.
