The interior is boldly decorated with a front-facing four-clawed dragons amongst cloud scrolls above waves, the straight walls and everted rim is decorated with lotus scrolls interspersed with cartouches enclosing shou character roundels flanked by two dragons. The gilt rim is chased with a key fret band.
