|此件翎管为纯正的和阗白玉籽料制成，作筒状，一面平整留有天然洒金皮色，玉质极佳。翎管是清王朝特有的产物，是随着冠制的改革而诞生的，用以安插管帽的翎羽。按大清律例，文官至一品镇国公、辅国公得用翠玉翎管；武官至一品镇国将军、辅国将军得用白玉翎管。故在清代，佩带白玉翎管为一品文武高官的象征。此件特殊之处在于其为原装，带有银鎏金配件，更能准确地体现其历史价值。
