题识：书疆邨老人集，龚自珍、顾炎武、钱泰吉农句。阏逢涒难无射之月福厂王褆。|钤印：「王禔之印」「福厂居士」 |王福厂（1879-1960），浙江杭州人。名褆，初名寿祺，字维季，号福厂，七十岁后自号持默老人。现代著名书法家、金石家。因喜收集印章，自称印备，室名麋研斋。工书，凡钟鼎、籀隶无不能。清末与丁仁等创设西泠印社。民国初年到京，任印铸局技正，后至沪鬻字治印自给。解放后为中国画院画师。
