题识：鸲鹆啼到清明近一路春风尽是花。为初秋写图，汀鹭。|钤印：「汀鹭」「胡振之印」 |胡汀鹭（1884—1943），江苏无锡南门外薛家弄人，名振，字汀鹭，一字瘖蝉、瘖公，晚号大浊道人。初作花鸟，从张子祥、任伯年起步，力追青藤（徐渭）、白阳 （陈淳）。后兼工山水人物。山水初宗沈周、唐寅，继学马远、夏圭，并得近代著名收藏家裴伯谦和瞿旭初之助，临摹裴氏壮陶阁和瞿氏铁琴铜剑楼 的历代大批名画。
