字彦文，祖籍山东冠县，清宣统三年出生于邵武城郊，毕业于南京黄埔军官学校第八期步科。民国34年8月上旬，张博受命率领第一伞兵突击大队前往罗定机场空降，抢占机场，截断日军从空中撤退的归路，经过十几天的浴血奋战，最终以少胜多，此役是中国有史以来成功的一次伞兵空降作战，亦在中国抗战史上留下光辉的一页。
