款识：大德五年十月济南张谦书||钤印：云居|收藏印：刘海粟家珍藏 戴氏培之审定 |张谦，字受益，济南人，生卒年月不详，约南宋至元代时期，史载张谦为宋元时期的著名书画收藏家，在南宋时与多位著名诗人有交集，如陈深，方回有大量写给张谦的诗作传世，大德元年前后，曾官江浙行省检校。入元后与赵孟頫是好友，赵孟頫著名作品行书长卷《二赞二诗卷》便是写给张谦的一件代表作品。墨迹罕见流传，此拍品为刘海粟家旧藏，可珍可宝。
