款识：|1.海山先生雅正 高峻|2.癸未初夏为海山先生属画 高峻写||钤印：高 峻 尚之 |高峻 （1900-1960） 江苏川沙（今属上海市）人。字尚之，号雪涛阁主，五松居士。善写意花鸟，师从王一亭，并常向吴昌硕请益。20年代起就曾为王一亭代笔。解放前为中国画会画师，豫园书画会画师等。并任新华艺专，上海美专教师。多次举办个人书画展。解放后为上海文史馆员，上海中国画院画师。诗词，书法，篆刻也都精擅，惜俱为画名所掩。
