Probably Imperial, Attributed to the Palace Workshop, Beijing 1730-1780Thinly-walled with sloping shoulders, supported on a splayed oval foot ring, with a waisted neck, wide mouth and flat lip, the sapphire blue overlay fluidly carved to depict a sinuous chilong on each side, against the greenish-brown ground swirled with yellow, orange and gray. 2 1/16in (5.3cm) high
