|释迦牟尼佛（梵文：ākyamuni，意为「释迦族之圣者」），姓乔达摩、名悉达多（约公元前566年-公元前486年）。此尊释迦牟尼结跏趺坐于仰覆莲座上，左手施禅定印，右手施触地印，象征作为佛教创始人的释迦牟尼在菩提伽耶修行悟道的重要时刻。五官刻画立体，面相圆润，面容安静祥和。耳垂较长，其底部低于下巴，有矩形的耳洞。顶上肉髻饱满突出，排列整齐。颈纹三道。体型匀称健硕，胸大肌突出，腰较细，给人以挺拔庄严之感。袈裟薄衣贴体，线条优美，左袖覆盖至手腕，袒右肩与右乳。莲座的莲瓣饱满且富有张力。整体刻画细腻，造型优雅宁静，为后期印度帕拉王朝的艺术风格
