张尧卿 （生卒年不详）名义年，以字行，善化县人。系清末湖南哥老会首领。工书法，能文章，通军事，在会党中颇具威望。光绪二十五年(1899)冬，与杨鸿钧、李云彪、师襄等哥老会头目以及港粤三合会各大佬在香港聚会，议立兴汉会，拥立孙中山为总会长，投身反清革命。曾在京、沪各报撰文鼓吹革命，屡次被捕入狱，又屡计得脱。辛亥革命后，他在常炳坤部任职。 钤印：甲午词林（朱）张尧卿书（白） 款识:美之张尧卿
