|紫金釉又名“柿色釉”、“京酱釉”，是一种以铁为呈色剂的高温釉，北宋时定窑所烧制的酱色釉在明《格古要论》中称为“紫定”，清景德镇御窑厂所制则被称为“紫金釉”。 |弥勒一脸福相，面带笑容，袒胸露腹，身披长袍，左手持宝珠，右手抚膝席地而坐，笑容可掬。雕塑细节如眼鼻、衣饰清晰流畅。此像造型端庄，动态舒展，形制饱满悦目，为少见的明代佛教佳作。
