|此尊是诸如来中立下利益现世誓愿最多的佛陀，要满足众生一切祈愿，拔除一切病苦，因此广受尊崇。此尊螺结规整绀青，肉髻圆硕高凸，以宝珠作顶严。额广平正，眉如初月，眼睑微垂，相容俊朗。身着袒右式袈裟，内着僧只支，衣缘铸刻卷草为饰。腰身比例较长，给人以挺拔之感。左手结禅定印托药钵，右手作胜施印应持诃子。这是药师如来的主要造型。整像以合金铜铸造，并镶嵌红铜白银，愈显殊胜。
