款 识：郭尚先。|钤 印：臣尚先（白）兰石（朱） |郭尚先（1785-1832），字元开，号兰石，福建莆田人。嘉庆十四年（1809年）进士，历任乡试考官、国史馆纂修、文渊阁校理、四川学政、左赞善、光禄寺卿。道光十二年（1832年）春，诏授大理寺卿、礼部右侍郎。工书法，善绘画，山水之外，尤擅兰石；其篆刻则古朴浑厚，法度精严。
