|内画是我国特有的传统工艺，它的产生起源于画鼻烟壶。内画的画法是以特制的变形细笔，在玻璃/水晶、琥珀等材质的壶坯内，手绘出细致入微的画面，格调典雅、笔触精妙。此件鼻烟壶，为水晶内画妃后鼻烟壶，正面绘一位端庄娴雅的清代皇后肖像。做肖像内画最难，需要以中国传统的单线平涂肖像技法达到油画给人的庄重深厚、形象逼真的效果。所绘人物眉目传神，气韵生动。另一侧绘“菊花图”将国画皴、擦、染、点、勾、丝等技法引入内画，发挥得淋漓尽致，厚朴典雅。
