A fine Regency partridgewood and inlaid breakfast table:, the rectangular snap top with a wide rosewood crossbanded border between boxwood and ebony lines, having rounded corners and a moulded edge on square section shaped column and concave sided platform decorated with ebonised geometric and husk motifs and with quadruped hipped and reeded splayed legs with roundel ornament, terminating in brass foliate cappings and castors, the top 136.5cm (4ft 5 3/4in) x 90.5cm (2ft 11 5/8in).* Provenance: The late R.B.W.Clarke Esq., Bridwell, Uffculme and thence by family descent.
