Extremely rare three-dollar bank note from The Central Bank of Troy, New York, 6.75 x 2.75, issued on July 1, 1852, which features a vignette of Santa Claus and his sleigh of eight reindeer preparing to ascend from a snow-covered rooftop. Printed by Bald, Cousland & Co., signed below by a cashier and the bank's president. In fine condition, with light overall soiling.
